1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using Roshant Academy (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the Platform.

We may update these terms as the Platform evolves. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Your Account

You must provide accurate details when signing up, and your email address is verified with a one-time code before your account is created. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• One account per student — accounts are personal and must not be shared, sold, or transferred.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or are used to misuse the Platform.

3. Enrolment, Fees & Payments

Course fees are shown on each course page in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay; we never store your card or banking details on our servers.

• Access to a course is granted once payment is confirmed and verified.
• Enrolment is personal to you and grants a limited, non-transferable licence to access that course's content.
• Prices, offers, and course line-ups may change at any time; changes never affect a course you have already paid for.
• If a payment is debited but your enrolment does not appear, contact us with the transaction details and we will resolve it.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Because course content is delivered digitally and becomes available immediately after enrolment, fees are generally non-refundable. We will, however, review refund requests raised within 7 days of purchase where the content has not been substantially accessed, or where a duplicate or failed transaction has occurred.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take up to 7–10 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.

5. Course Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — live classes, recorded lectures, notes, formula sheets, quizzes, assignments, graphics and the Roshant Academy name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Roshant Academy and protected by intellectual property law.

• You may use the content only for your own personal, non-commercial learning.
• Recording, downloading, re-uploading, reselling, or publicly sharing any class or material is strictly prohibited.
• Distributing your login credentials so that others can access paid content is treated as a serious breach.
• Violations may result in immediate termination without refund, and legal action where appropriate.

6. Acceptable Use

The Platform is a learning space shared with other students and educators. We expect everyone to keep it respectful and safe.

• Do not harass, abuse, impersonate, or post unlawful or offensive material in live classes or the discussion forum.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Do not cheat on quizzes or assessments, or use automated tools to submit answers.
• We may remove content or restrict accounts that undermine the learning experience for others.

7. Platform Availability

We work to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Live classes may be rescheduled, and features may be added, changed, or withdrawn. Where a live session is missed for reasons within our control, we will make a recording or a replacement session available wherever possible.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Our courses are designed to help you build genuine understanding and prepare for examinations such as JEE and NEET. Outcomes depend on your own effort, consistency, and circumstances, so we do not promise any specific rank, score, or selection. Any statistics we publish describe past student performance and are not a guarantee of your result.

9. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to run the Platform — your name, email, and learning activity such as enrolments, progress, and quiz attempts. We do not sell your personal data. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roshant Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Basti, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We would always prefer to resolve concerns directly, so please write to us before pursuing any formal action.
